Congratulations to Silex Owl Tommy Grote for making the MSHSAA record book for Free Throws Made in a Game. Tommy (Anthony) ranks 19th in the record book. On January 30, Tommy made 17 out of 19 free throws in a Bowling Green Tournament game against North Callway. "Tommy is a relentless worker that is always looking for areas to improve in his game. He has spent countless hours putting in the time for this accomplishment," commented Silex Owls Head Basketball Coach Aaron Henke.
