The Silex R-I School District Community Track and Softball Field Project is nearing completion. The Lady Owls recently finished their District Championship season on the new field, and we anticipate the remaining phases of the track and soccer field to be completed by Thanksgiving. Once all the construction activities are finalized, we will notify the community about the availability and access guidelines for these new additions to the District.

Immunization Clinic Reminder - Forms must be turned into Nurse Marlene tomorrow. The Lincoln County Health Department will be at school Nov. 7. Students may receive all recommended vaccines and flu shots if forms are completed and turned in by Oct. 26th.

The Lincoln County Health Department is offering an immunization clinic on Wednesday, November 7. This includes flu shots. Information was sent home with students today. Forms must be completed and turned in to Nurse Marlene by October 26th.
