Hello Silex Owls!
This is Coach Robert Keen, the new Cross Country coach, we will have a Cross Country Meeting Tuesday, August 7th at 9am. Come ready to run after our meeting. If you play another sport such as Basketball or Baseball or Soccer, let me encourage you to also run Cross Country. Being in excellent physical shape is vital to playing all sports at a high level. Cross Country will help you get in shape and be at your peak when your other sport starts. Year round conditioning is of utmost importance if you want to play your best ball.
You will need to bring your physical form, a copy of your medical insurance card and water to Tuesdays meeting and practice. Hope to see you Tuesday at 9 am.

To enroll a new student you will need to come to school and complete the enrollment packet. You will need proof of residency, birth certificate, and shot records.

Mandatory Athletic Meeting Wednesday, August 15 at 6:30 in the high school gym. This is required for all students in grades 7-12 and their parents who wish to participate in a sport this year.
