Silex Cross Country: With the projected temperatures for Monday in the mid 90s, the decision has been made to move the start time of the Cross Country meet at Wellsville to 5 p.m.
If any Silex School family is interested in the St. Joachim and Ann Christmas assistance program, please turn in the completed forms by Sept 27th. If anyone needs a form or would like more information, contact Mrs. Heitgerd or Mrs. Kientzy. This is an outstanding resource for families in our school district.

Junior High will start winter sports practices on Tuesday, October 4th. High School will start winter sports practices on Monday, October 31st.
Sports physical evaluations are required every two years in order to be eligible to participate. The MSHSAA pre-participation documentation is required each year.
Please be sure to obtain a physical and fill out the "green tryout card" prior to the first day of practice.

Directions to the Canton softball field. The field is NOT located at the school. As you are traveling north on 61 take the Highway 16 exit (this is the 2nd Canton exit). Turn right off of the exit onto Highway 16/White Street. You will travel 7 blocks and turn left onto 10th Street and you will see the field. The address is 606 10th Street, Canton, MO.
