Spare Change Drive begins on Monday, October 5, 2020! Please help us purchase books for our classrooms! The money raised will go directly to your child's classroom and Scholastic Books will match our donations to give to literacy charities. The class that brings in the most spare change will earn a popcorn and movie party with Mrs. Norton during Library time. A bucket will be placed in each classroom for collection. Thank you for your support!

Softball Notice: The Varsity & JV Softball team will now play Monroe City at Silex on Monday, October 5, 2020, at 5 p.m. The Varsity game against Sturgeon is cancelled. The Junior High Softball team will also be playing at Silex on the baseball field, against Wright City, starting at 5 p.m. Come on out & support the Lady Owls! Good luck!

Silex PTO is selling masks and gaiters! Great for sporting events. Flyers were sent home with elementary and middle school students. Order forms are available in both offices and are due October 14, 2020.
Junior High Cross Country will run in the Mexico Middle School meet on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
High School & Junior High Cheerleading practice will begin on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, after school until 5:00 p.m.
