The Missouri Assessment Program (MAP) and End of Course Exams (EOC) evaluate students progress towards the Missouri Learning Standards. Grade-Level Assessment as well as End of Course Exams provide important information for school districts that contribute to decisions concerning students and educational programs.
MAP assessments are given in the subject areas of Communication Arts, Mathematics, and Science. EOC exams are given in the subject areas of Government, English II, Biology, and Algebra I. Due to testing delays, students taking Science MAP or Biology EOC will not receive their scores until mid October. Students will be receiving their score reports from the 2018-2019 school year on Friday, September 27 for grades 7-12.
Your child's Individual Score Report includes an achievement level, which will describe his or her performance as Below Basic, Basic, Proficient, or Advanced. The report will also include a short description of the knowledge and skills that are typically demonstrated by students in each achievement level.
Please be on the lookout for these scores coming home with your child on Friday.

Happy Johnny Appleseed day from Mrs. Sargeant’s class!
